How much money will I
make?
Salaries in the information
technology field range from entry level to advanced. It is against Department of
Education rules for us to post salaries even if they are substantiated from a a
reliable source like the department of labor. So we ask you to keep these things
in mind about money and jobs then go check out the Microsoft Certified
Professional Magazine website link you see below.
Even with high-demand certifications in hand, basic job seeking rules still apply: 1.
Certification -- a premier credential -- does not guarantee a job. 2. If you're
limiting yourself by location, pay, job title, benefits or other restrictions,
your job search likely will be longer and harder. 3. It takes a while to find a
new (or another) job, even in the best of times. These aren't the best of
times. With these caveats
in mind please check this link to find out about current salaries:

Aren’t there
too many MCSE’s out there?
No. According to the Gartner Group, a leading information
technology consulting group, the number of MCSE’s will never be larger than the
number of network administrator positions to be filled. With the increasing
demand for networked computing in the corporate sector, the demand for certified
and trained professionals will always be there.
What about
Novell or other technologies besides Microsoft? While Novell is still a commonly used network
operating systems, the market share has shifted dramatically within the past
five years towards Microsoft. Today, Microsoft is the newest and most commonly
used network technology and platform.

In order to qualify for the program, students need to accomplish the
following three objectives: 1. Attend all of the classes for the particular
course 2. Take at least three practice exams and score an 80% or better 3. Complete a successful interview with the
instructor
If you fail the exam again you may go through the Test Pass Guarantee process

How many people
are in each class?
A class can have as few as three students or as many as 20
students. As a rule of thumb, the more advanced courses allow a maximum of 10
students per class to ensure that each student receives the individual and
detailed attention they need. The less advanced classes allow a maximum of 20
students per class, which is relatively low compare to other institutions.
Is it true that employers want experience
over certification?
No! Experience and certification go
hand-in-hand. That is why The Academy offers internship and externship
opportunities for students. This allows the student to begin building real work
experience while getting certified.
What are the
hours of operation at The Academy? The Academy opens
Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 11:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays from noon to

i.e. Terramark, The Answer Group, LAN Associates, and Rachlin Cohen and Holtz,
among others.
What if I have to miss a
